In parallel to the growth research, a series of robotic experiments were conducted. The starting point was the effort to 'hack' the 6-axis Kuka machine to create specific light patterns that would map its movement. This was carried out as an effort to converse with the machine and extreact information that can be brought back to the experiments of the growth apparatus and vice versa.

A delay effect on the video that was captured proved to be very helpful in the visualization process.
